FAQs
Can you purchase a Support Plan after you purchase a 3D Printer?
If you decide not to purchase an Epsilon Support Plan right away, you have a 30-day window after activating your printer to do so. Once your plan has expired, it is not possible to extend it. This means it’s best to purchase multi-year plans upfront, so that you’re covered for the entire period you need.
I have a Support Plan, how can I schedule my hour with a BCN3D Applications Engineer?

What are the warranty terms if I purchase a plan with an extended warranty?
